Podcast 172: The Inside Always Affects the Outside
/in Podcast/by Wallace Smith & John RobinsonIt’s easy to think that we can be one way when we’re alone and another in public, or to buy into the idea that one’s private, personal choices are not in any way anyone else’s business, because one has nothing to do with the other. But, in reality, the inside always impacts the outside, and individual choices do have societal ramifications. Let’s apply some biblical thinking to the question.
P.S. You know, we lamented at the end of this podcast that we had not provided more tips and advice on how to address what’s on the inside. We’ve talked about doing an episode on shepherding your heart, and we probably should! So, as a small step in that direction, we thought it would be helpful to share one of Dr. Roderick Meredith’s sermons on having a positive attitude. There is more to say, to be sure, but at least this can help get you started! Here it is: “Build a Positive Attitude!”
