I am excited to teach this class this year! The focus will be on songwriting, specifically the foundations of solfege (Do Re Mi) and melody creation. We’ll also study the writings of King David to help us craft powerful lyrics. The class will culminate in a songwriting project where we’ll create our own songs with original lyrics and melodies. I look forward to encouraging creativity and connecting with God through song.
